Create or have a tattoo artist create a design using your initials or the letters of your name. The result will be one of a kind (unless the same artist uses the same design on someone with the same letters in his/her name).

You can pickup a disease if your tatoo artist isn't using clean equipment. Referrals are usually the best way to find great service, that is unless your "friends" are not sensible. Good Luck!

Get a big (or smallish) black dot. You can tell people it's your panic button, pleasure button (lots of choices. It can be a hole in your soul, a deep thought (black hole), your period or a beauty mark. Tell folks it's there to cover the bullet Tupac put in you during a chronic session...

I was told that if your tattoo is something you have on the inside that you need to put on the outside...to heal, grieve, celebrate, remember something or someone (and it is VERY significant) then get one. Otherwise just don't do it!
