This happens to some degree (adults can go to camp for hockey here in Minnesota), but could be seriously expanded - and include famous sports alums as coaches, teachers, or dinner companions.

Similar to the popular TV show. Campers would be given daily challenges, puzzles and difficulties to overcome. The game would require campers to utilize the entire campgrounds and their resources--i.e. sleeping in tents one night, perhaps a canoe/intertub/bike trip to various campsites within the campgrounds.
A prize can be set for all campers wtih a huge prize for the team that accumulates the most points (for winning challenges/arriving first/etc..) throughout the camp duration.

Think high adventure road trip meets kids summer camp. The whole "camp" would be on mobile trailers and move where the campers wanted to take it.

Give adults a chance to relive some of their favorite summer memories. Get a group of your old college buds together for some whitewater rafting followed by spying on the girls cabin down the lake. Could be themed a variety of different ways, or could even be a singles retreat.

Campers receive training on 4-wheelers, jet skis, high and low ropes, paintball combat strategies, martial arts, stealth and surveillance techniques, code breaking, survival training, and undercover maneuvers. The highlight is to "find the mole" in the mission finale.
