Tucked away in a little strip mall, this place has a devoted following of regulars. Everything is authentic and amazingly delicious. The pastor is to die for!

Their salsa leaves a bit to be desired, but the quality and variety of the tacos is great! Simplicity lets the flavors come through.

back to your name . . . i personally believe the word "Taco" is tainted by Taco Bell; Taqueria feels more authentic. if you even need to add a descriptor. Chuy's doesn't use a descriptor. Consider "llenelo!" (fill 'er up!). usually used for cars & gas; but funny in it's double meaning. llenelo! taqueria - if you need to.

Bacon, Potato, Egg & Cheese. Thick tacos, fresh, hashbrown like potatoes, homemade salsa, great prices. I would pay double what they charge.

I've been on a low-carb diet (very successfully) for almost 5 years. The reason I like Whole Foods tacos is that you can order the taco ingredients (egg, bacon) in a bowl with no taco shell, no beans, no potatoes, so you get no carbs.
