It's an interface that will be installed in shopping malls that will help customers by giving information about the location/map of stores, but also with some e-commerce features (featured products, coupons, etc.)... In short, something similar to information kiosks, but better.

Most shopping malls have an information desk manned by a human to answer questions. Hence Information and desk. "E" for electronic information desk. Station for the place people go for direction to their destination.
