View the jobs you want as others view you for the jobs they want. "Online" gives it a retro feel that makes it seem like an established, successful, company is only now coming "online."

Posting a resume video begins the interview process for getting a job so the video is basically an prospecting interview. This site is a intra-net of types since it connects employers --> prospective employees = to jobs.

The V's suggest video but still give a strong presence. Interv suggests interview, combine them together & the two Vv's play off of eachother with the big V as the job poster, & the little v the job seeker. I like that idea a lot, but I think both sides should submit video's. One as a recruiting/preview of the job. While the job seeker posts there resume with a video cover letter. play on "Pick Me" - what we all want someone to do for us in the job market (or when choosing teams in grade school, or if you're Meredith Grey talking to Mcdreamy) and 'pic' - the txt abbrev for 'picture' - which this site is all about.

The Jobeo suggestion put me onto this one. Everyone wants to go to the Rodeo. Everyone wants to get out there, compete and participate. Everyone works hard and struggles and the kind of comraderie that comes out of the Rodeo can only be likened to war - or work.

As in "Get in the Flow". I like the idea that getting a job is like getting onto a river or stream or in the ocean in a boat. A friend asked me if I was nervous or scared about moving to Chicago and looking for a job. I said "No". I said I had stood at the shores of plenty of rivers with nothing but a raft, a life vest and some supplies - sometimes a wet suit - and that compared to that kind of risk of jumping in, moving to the city and looking for a job seemed easy.
