I'm starting a seedling sprouting business in the middle of downtown Austin, TX. We're going to sprout heirloom vegetables and grow some of them - then sell any extra sprouts and veggies. We're starting the sprouting in our loft, which is about as downtown as you can get! We want a catchy name for the business - something funny, that includes the idea of starting the seeds in the downtown city core.
